NOVEMBER 30, 2025 REÑACA ALTO, VIÑA DEL MAR

Wow! It has been too long! I’m not gonna lie im the worst at writing emails haha!

But im doing sooo good! Just living it up with my companion (best buddy) Elder Bush!! Were thriving! We’ve had a couple baptisms this transfer, and today we put 5 people on date for baptism! God is Hastening his work!!! But anyways im doing amazing having the craziest experiences! 

Some crazy highlights:

– Got my last rabbies shot from being bit in the butt by a dog!

– Had a couple baptisms! One of which was a satanist before which was insane! He was low-key like possessed! But God fixed him!

– Almost died a couple times in the micros here!

– made a couple fun new songs on the Guitar! I’ve been playing a lot more! We also did just have a family home evening and I got to play electric guitar! Didn’t realize but turn out i can play Eléctric guitar haha!

– we’ve been eating quite a bit of Berlines recently! They are chilean doughnuts basically with homemade Boston cream!

– had the best asado of my whole mission with our bishop!!!

– we performed a fun song i wrote for zone conference!

– had a very weird conversation with the quote on quote chilean dinosaur! He told us hes the oldest man alive, and that we have dinosaurs inside our bodies that are aproxomently 6,500,000 years old! Hahah it was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced haha he also testified that the book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith really did see Jesus, and Heavenly Father!

That’s about it! Just living it up! Preparing for Christmas and really just enjoying the best 2 years of my life!! Proverbs 3:5-8!!!

SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 QUEBRADA VERDE, VALPARAISO

Normal week no más 🫣

Wennnnaaa capos que onda? How are we??? My week was great! Went very fast and we had tons of success! Our friends thag we’ve been finding are being baptized and coming to church which is awesome! Not to much has happened this past week so it’ll be a way shorter email but I’ll jump into so highlights!

  • a dog was attacking me so I kicked in the throat as hard as possible and it like couldn’t breathe and ran away and then it stopped hacking so I think it’ll be fine hahah but man I thought thag little guy was gonna bite my leg off hahah

-Martina came to church! Shes a mákina that’s being baptized the 7th!!!

  • we watched part of La U, which is a team from Santiago that’s supposedly a super good team! Martina turned it on and then we had to leave to make it home in enough time!
  • We ate pretty good lunches this past week! I’ve finally felt full! In the beginning of the week I made pasta that was soooo good!!
  • a member had a weed plant growing!
  • I spent a day in Almendral which is the casical touristy part of Valparaíso!
  • I saw a needle which was gross (A needle for doing drugs)

Well that’s basically it! We had a blast, it went fast, and d we found cool new people! But i hope yall are doing good! We’ll talk next week! But i love yall! My verse for the day is 3 Nephi 11:31-32! But anyways i love yall! Que estén super bien! Que dios les bendiga! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 QUEBRADA VERDE, VALPARAISO

18 is a week long party??? 🤯

Wenaaaa familia cómo andamos???
Hey guys how are we doing! Welcome back to a nice weekly update to a day in the life of a little (fake) chilean missionary named Elder LeBaron!

Well the life is good! Just working hard! We found some máquinas (really lit people)! But anyways we should have 1-3 baptisms this next week which will be awesome! But ya we have just been grinding!!!!

Also I had no idea that this party here was as long as it is! Like we’re talking, they started the parties Monday and ended today! It’s about the longest party ever haha! Also it was so hard to try and find people this past week! We were able to find 10 but.. it was a lot harder than normal! The good news is the people we found have tons of potential which is awesome!

Well my life is basically the same! Just the same old routine. After a bit you start feeling like a hamster in a wheel haha, doing the same thing weekly! But it’s all good. The life is chill, just living up every day!

But that’s about it! I love yall tons and can’t wait to give yall an update next week! But for now I’d love to give yall a few verses to read….. Roman’s 3:23-26!!!! Love yall! Nos vemos y espero que estén bien y que les vaya increíble! Nos vemos hasta la semana que viene!

SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 QUEBRADA VERDE, VALPARAISO

18 DE SEBTIEMBRE‼️‼️🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱

Wennnnaaa choroooss cómo andái oye loco‼️ Hoy dia debo andar má flaite because….. its 1️⃣8️⃣ DE Septiembre‼️ I’m doing so good! Me and my comp are grinding really hard! We got more trust with the members and we had tons of people come to church! 1 of our friends told us yesterday that she wants to come to church Every week! But anyways we’re doing super good and having tons of miracles! Now to talk about the crazy things happening haha…..

  • we had to shut down a road because a guy broke out of prison and started reaking havoc on our area haha so that was nice!
  • I had a dog almost kill me which was not super fun! I definitely had angels watching over me! I also yelled at it,and since im 6’5″ I just acted huge and he ran!
  • we had these drunk people try talking to me and then they were so drunk they fell on the ground hahah
  • this girl came up to me and spoke in English and she was flirting like CRAZY!! I wasn’t prepared to handle the conversation haha I just was being kind she was like laughing at things that aren’t funny and then was like “your Spanish is SOO good” hahah it was funny! But she did have good English which was crazy!
  • I did an exchange in Laguna Verde which is literally the forest and beach! It’s sooo cool! I had a blast!
  • We had a party at our church building for the 18 de septiembre which was sweet! It was low key the biggest party I have ever been to at a church! They cooked up this chicken that was incredible! People danced, and it just was sweet! The best part of it all was we got friends from teaching to come!!
  • These members want me to come back and remember them because I make music! It was hilarious! The member even started crying, it was uncomfortable but I was like, “ya of course ill remember you guys.” Even though they are members from another ward haha
  • we talked to a member and she’s going to buy chicken feet, cow liver, cow stomach, and some other parts of the cow and cook it for us so we can eat it!!

Well this was my week! It was fast but super fun! We’re just working hard out here, growing and building relationships with the members and we’re seeing so much more success! But anyways I love yall so much and can’t wait to talk in a week! My scriptures for the week are in John 20:27-29. These verses are talking about Thomas and how he only believed when he saw Jesus in person, let us not be like that and let us belive always with doubting! I love yall and will talk in a week!

SEPTEMBER 8, 2025 QUEBRADA VERDE, VALPARAISO

Wena familia cómo andamos? Esta semana pasada fue una semana de maravilla! I hope yall are doing amazing!! It’s been like 700 years since the last time I wrote an email haha! But anyways I’m doing great! I’ve just been working hard and living the dream! My first transfer here in Quebrada Verde is done which is pretty crazy! The missionary I’m training (Elder Stou) is killing it! He’s locked in on his purpose which is awesome! I’m trying to help him as much as I can! But anyways I’m doing super good! A funny thing that happened this last week was there were like 4-5 chilean girls that recognized me from my TikTok and had listened to my songs on Spotify and we’re like, “Hey! Are you the guy that sings on TikTok” and I was like “I mean yeah”, and they’re like “we’ve seen you before but just with longer hair” and just was like “WHAAT” haha they asked to take a picture with me but they had recognized me from TikTok which was pretty funny! But anyways we’re just trying our best to not get stabbed or jumped haha but other than that we’re doing great, just trying to soak up every day! But we’ll talk again next week, love yall so much! 🥰🥰🥰

AUGUST 25, 2025 LA LIGUA, VALPARAISO (WEEK 12)

Wow this was easily one of my most hectic weeks of my mission! I haven’t written an email in forever because of how hectic the past bit has been haha! Just to give yall some background, I’m in the sketchiest area of the entire mission and I’m training which is a ton of fun! We did a whitewash in this area which is fun haha but very hard! We got to the new area and immediately realized that the pensión was toxic with mold and so we had to move out in the 2nd week! Then there was a huge riot from a bunch of gangsters and we had to run from them haha we also had some people follow us for a bit and we had to take some sneaky turns which had been wild! We’ve had miracles and a lot of hardships and through everything we’ve seen the hand of the LORD! We had a tsunami in the first week, Hurricane winds and rain, and then to top it off was this last week I almost got stabbed! Not robbed but almost stabbed haha! But anyways the spirit got me out of that situation which was incredible! God really does bless HIS children! I’ve been studying the Bible a ton and have really grown to have a testimony of the Book Of Mormon and the Bible which was been a really cool experience! But anyways I’m doing really good! Feeling so much joy in the work and seeing soooo many miracles! Even through the hardship I’m seeing the of my Savior Jesus Christ! But anyways to end this email I just want to invite every single one of you listening to go and figure out for yourself why you love our Savior, and what more you can be doing to prepare for HIS return! But anyways I love yall do much! I love my SAVIOR and I love HIS work!  I hope yall are well, and I’ll talk next week! I’ll try to be better at writing Haha! But I love yall and ill talk in a week!

Wow this week was probably the most crazy week of my entire mission! We started out with an interview with president and he told us we needed to be in Viña the next day before 6 because my companion was going home! He had to be emergency transfered home because of bad things that happened! It was pretty crazy bot gonna lie! He was a really good friend of mine which was sad to see him go, but it was for the best! I’m now with a new Eldee from Argentina as well and his name is Elder Chacon! He’s super cool! He’s VERY VERY VERY Argentine haha he’s very PROUD of his country haha it’s hilarious! Argentina is sweet so I don’t mind it hahahaha! But anyways we get along pretty well and have been having tons of success together! We had 2 baptisms Sunday which was sweet! We also put 5 people on date to be baptized this past week which was awesome! We’re working hard out here haha! But anyways it was a great week filled with tons of miracles! Tuesday I would have to say was the hardest day out of the week just because I was all alone in viña until really late because my comp was in interviews the whole day! I also slept on this tiny mattress in the middle of the pensión of the APs and could sleep at all haha! But the good news is I’m alive haha and I’m very happy! We had tons of success this week even though it was crazy haha! But anyways I love yall tons and we’ll talk more next week! ❤️❤️❤️🧉🏔🦙🐔🤑🤖🇺🇲

JUNE 30, 2025 LA LIGUA, VALPARAISO (WEEK 13)

Wow this week was amazing! It went pretty fast as well! We had some awesome miracles happen as well!!

– the first miracle is that we were able to find these super amazing people that want to keep progressing, especially this one girl named Estephani, we found her doing exchanges with another companion and she just loved what we taught so much that she asked us if she could come to church and we’re like YES! And so she came yesterday and loved it sooo much!! It really was a huge miracle!!

– I got catcalled but a car full of girls haha, they were low-key scaring me haha, they then drove passed us and like almost stopped next to us just so they could keep yelling that they’re in love with me haha 🤦‍♂️

– I learned that rosemary cleans your teeth and is an antibacterial thingy as well! This hermana told me and this other missionary to eat like a whole branch, we were like why not, and so we did, and let me tell ya that was easily one of the strongest things I’ve ever put in my BODY! My mouth was burning! Hahaha it was soo funny! But I did feel like mouth got cleaned!

– we had a miracle of this girl giving us a pizza! I was doing an exchange with another missionary and we got cake and a pizza that was sooo gas!!

– we also had a HUGE miracle! We were in Papudo this beach town, walking and teach the gospel to these people there, and all of the sudden we hear tons of barking and so I turned on my dog whistle and we turn around and there’s a huge german shepherd and a huge other breed that I had ever seen, it was bigger than the German shepherd and bigger that my comp! And the dog jumped af my comp and went to go bite his neck and my comp slide away and we like started to run, and then we grabbed our backpacks and went to go after them and they started to back down and go away, the miracle is that these dogs here don’t back down first off, and 2nd my comp could’ve gotten KILLED! There were definitely angels watching over and protecting us! It was incredible to watch the dogs want to kill us to the next second backing down and run away! It was awesome!

But anyways this was my week! There were tons of miracles and I enjoyed it a ton!!! I learned a lot this week as well, that’s how I know it was a successful one! But I love you guys so much and my invitation for all of you is to study the talk by the Prophet talking about Peacemakers! It’s in 2019 if I’m not correct, but anyways this talk I felt the spirit very strong that we just need to improve as members of this church if we’re gonna prepare thr world for the 2nd coming! But anyways I love yall and can’t wait to write about my next week

JUNE 23, 2025 LA LIGUA, VALPARAISO (WEEK 12)

Ayy how’s it going! We had a great week! I met my new company Elder Soto from Argentina! He’s a fun little guy! He’s done MMA his whole life and he’s been on his own since he was like 15! His dad died when he was young and hasn’t talked to his mom and brothers in forever! It’s super super sad! But he’s got a super good attitude and he’s very obedient which is good! We did have some success with finding this last week which was awesome!! We were able to reach our goals which made us super happy! Other than that this week really was a pretty calm week! I did get stabbed in the eye playing basketball and I needed a blessing because I couldn’t see and it went away in minutes! It was sooo cool! Oh I also was able to play my song “Found Love” for a couple people here and they started crying because they though it was such a beautiful song! It made me very happy because I said a prayer that I’d be able to bless someone’s life that day through my music! It was awesome! Any ways my week was chill and I love yall and will talk in a week!

JUNE 16, 2025 LA LIGUA, VALPARAISO (WEEK 11)

Wow this past week was filled with tons of miracles and fun experiences! I’ll jump straight into what we did!

– Elder Stevensen came to the mission! It was so beyond amazing! I felt the spirit soooo strong! He literally helped me so much with how to be a better missionary and deciple of Jesus Christ! But anyways it was a pretty fun day! 

– After the conference I woke up to 2 guys pounding on the door at 1 am yelling come outside, and so me and my

comp got up and we checked who it was and it was the 2 owners of the pensión, they said what’s going on, and we’re like what? And he he continued to say it, and he then was like, “where’s the water coming from” and I was like what water, and we then looked back in our pension not realizing that we had walked through like an entire mountain of water! We then said “Oh no!” And we went to find the source, turns out it was just our laundry machine but when then for the next couple hours we spent mopping the water out! So that was hectic!

After those 2 experiences there’s not much more to talk about haha. We did get transfers which is sweet! I’m staying her with a Latino which will be fun! He’ll help my accent a ton! I’m excited! But anyways that’s about it! I love you guys and can’t wait to talk in a week! Also a good chapter to read is D&C 84! Love yall!!
