Man this week was great! We have seen some great miracles! We are going to keep working hard for a baptism in December. Just know I love you more than anything and that you have helped me sooo many time in my life! I need you now more than ever cuz I feel like it is going to be tough to transfer back into life haha. Im so blessed to have a mother that cares soooo much about me. I cant even imagine what life would be like if i didnt have your help. I cant wait to come home and give you guys a huge hug and tell you all about the amazing experiences Ive had the past 2 years. I love you sooooo much! That is so true man i love you so much and thank you so much for your advice i use it every single day so know that its not going to waste! I love you so much keeep being the best dad in the whole world love you man!!! Also crazy that you said to search and know about the saviors life because that is all i have felt in my prayers to know what to do to be a better missionary!!! I love you so much man!!!!

It was great! Yeah its crazy! French is coming a lot better!! haha thanks so much i’m trying haha but the fast seriously has helped so much it is amazing!!! Yeah the lord is so great!!! No we didn’t i think they will show us it later or something or not at all not sure what will happen. That is so awesome i forgot about that!!!! Sounds like you had a good time! NO way that is so awesome!!!!!! Yeah the priesthood is amazing i love being able to use it!! No i haven’t opened any packages yet haha im waiting to use it in the field with my new comp haha that way we both can enjoy all of the gifts! Yeah it doesn’t feel like christmas at ALL which is so nice!!! The lord is so great!! I have been able to battle home sickness so much better which is nice!! So thanks for the email. Things are going great here and we are working crazy. So sorry I never answer questions lol. So to explain the pictures one is me and frere Agyeman Freda’s nephew then a random picture of us on Sunday then on is my district then me and Uka with elder weaver who we thought was going to leave then me and elder Naidoo who’s this indian dude from South Africa that I was good buddies with! The miracle for the week was the fact that I received all the confirmations from the lord that i need to love my companion and serve him.
The difficult experience was a teaching we had this week where my comp got pretty upset with me but i just let it pass and didn’t fight him back and he eventually just stopped and chilled out
An experience that was easy and fun was our teaching we had yesterday we committed the fake investigator to finally start reading the Book of Mormon, pray, and come to church!
An act of service would be almost everyday i try to serve my comp and other elders as much as possible!!
This week has been so much better! I listened to what you said about serving and loving and i have seen a change! The lord is so great! Yeah it will be but the lord will give me strenghth!! Yeah its so true like even though were teaching fake people the power of it is so real it is amazing! Yeah dont worry i count them everyday man! We have so much to be greatful for in the states! They pamper us a lot in the mtc i feel like but i know the field is gonna be rough but look at what nephi and his family did! this is a piece of cake compared to them!! Yeah its so true everytime i feel home sick i find a way to serve my companion and the homesickness goes away! I miss you so much too man!!! Yeaah its so true conversion is a life time thing not a one time experience! Yeah its true everything is given little by little with time i will learn and grow and see the path the lord needs me to take! I love you so much too man youre my best friend!!! I will be man!! Thanks for that im gonna go read that right now!!! Love you so much!!!
p.s. im going to try to get back online after i get back from the temple so hopefully you guys will be awake then! it is 9:45 here and were going to the 2:30 session so i should be back around 4:30 to get back on for like an hour until i have to go to dinner at 5:30! Also the pictures i sent are the group of americans that we came on the plane with to ghana from amsterdam! they leave tuesday!!! its so weird tio think im almost past week 3!! time is starting to speed up which is nice!! Then the other pictures are me and my comps thanks giving feast!! Btw HAPPY THANKSGIVING send my love to everyone back at home!! Tell john and heather i miss them like crazy!!! The other picture is me eating bone! dont worry i only eat the end of the bone its actually a lot softer than you would think the bone here is different than in america im like 90% positive its safe lol!! all the other americans have been eating it wil no problem so i think im fine! idk if ill do it when im out in the field though haha! Then the last picture is with me and Elder Bell. He lives up in daybreak so he is like 5-10 min from the house which is crazy!! he went to Copper Hills! Also the adapters that i brought dont work here they are african ones that have three prongs so idk what to do ill probably have to just buy some when i get to the field. Maybe they are different in cote d’ivoire so who knows do some research for me! also how much money did i come on the plane with because i only have 335 but i thought i had 375 so try to figure it out cuz i think my comp might have taken money but idk and i didnt want to accuse him of something that isnt true so yeah just figure that out and let me know! love you so much man!!!!!!!

Hey mommy!!!!! This week was a lot better!! Thanks so much i have defienetely felt the prayers for sure! Thats because it was an awesome weekk!!!!! Yeah i told frére Aygeman to have her reach out to you! YeaH I WAS SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR NOT WRITTING HIM OR ZACH BACK! I found out later that the 30min rule isnt really that big a rule and that all the other missionaries write for hours so im gonna start using more time haha! Wow i love him so much man! Im going to write him everyweek too! I have no clue how to download recordings because a lot of acess is limited on the recordings here so im going to have to download them later or something! Yeah i ador him! Yeah it is really crazy to think about! it just makes me smile that the lord trusted me enough to come here tio help change the other side of the world! I have felt that the lord has a huge work for me to do and that If i stay on his side always and put him first then i will be blessed for it! YeaH PATIENCE IS THE KEY I TALK ALOT ABOUT THAT AND CHARITY IN MY RECORDING! pAY ATTENTION TO THE SCRIPTURES i share and really devower them in FHE try to be more charitable that is the key! If my brothers figure that out before they come on a mission they will be amazing!!! Yeah that is so true thanks so much for that thought i love you so much! Youre so intune with the spirit it is amazing i love you and dad so much and miss you gus LIKE CRAZY!!!!!! its okay though im on the lords errand now and am the pencil in his hand! So this week was a great week for me. We have been super busy, but good haha. I am sorry to hear that Tyler isnt too comfortable now, but he will get over the hump. He is a stud, so he will be fine! The mission is a huge blessing and we need to always treat it like that! I am going to write him every week and keep his mind focused, but he will get in it. You just have to get through the first few weeks. Just dont worry too much about him he will be okay. The Lord is taking amazing care of him! These are just trials that the Lord gives us to make us stronger like you said. Im excited for him and I know he will see sooo many miracles. The opposition is worse when the blessing is close haha. The best thing that we can do is just help give hime the support and knowledge that we love him and that he will only get better every day. Man I love you all sooo much! MOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMYYYYYY!!!!!! I miss you like crazy!!!! This week has been great I have learned a lot! Especially about patience! This has by far been the hardest week of my life but the lord has been strengthening me! Each day is a new one and that’s whats great! I just pray i can get over my homesickness. I was doing so great at the beginning and just talked to everyone even the french speakers but now Im starting to really struggle! So prayers prayers! The people here are way cool. It is so different then america though! I don’t really know what to say about the week because it is all a blurr! i hope my recording makes sense! I think the bottom one is for ben! Sounds like you guys have been doing good which makes me feel better! I wish i could’ve heard from Bednar! sounds like it was a good talk! French is probably what stresses me out most aside from my companion but we are getting along better and the lord is already strengthening me and changing me it is truly amazing how it all works! What happened on the plane on the way here id say would have to be my miracle for the week that was one of the most spiritual experiences I’ve had in my life! I feel like the lord had me experience that so that i could draw strength that i can become that good at teaching in french. The food here isn’t too bad its just rice and oatmeal everyday so its been difficult for me to adjust but my stomach is finally starting to work so thats good haha! We got to go to the temple this morning it was so amazing!!!!! I miss being able to go as much as i was going! Its okay tho ill be good! k I’m trying to get the recordings and pictures up i might have to put them in another email! Well i love you guys so much!!!! Ill continue to keep you in my prayers!
Man so this week has been kinda hectic, but super great! I have learned so much from president and I am so glad that Im having this opportunity to be here and help out the mission. The leadership conference went really well, now we just have to make sure that the missionaries are working hard to reach their goals so that we can keep growing as a mission. My comp is a great guy, so that has been fun working with him. We are really different, but in a good way haha. Im so proud of Tyler and the cool experience that he had on the plane! He is going to be a really powerful missionary! Im excited to hear all the cool stories he will have! Im sure is has been hard without him around, but things will get easier! Just remember that he is becoming a true disciple of the Lord and that is what is most important thing he can be doing in his life right now! Im sooooo excited to see the man he becomes. Im so grateful for the mom you are to us! You are the best! Dont ever for a minute worry about how you are doing, cuz I think we have all turned out great haha. Im so excited to come home and give you the BIGGEST HUG EVER! Sorry That I havent really been the best at writing about what Im doing, but Im so grateful for every day I have to learn and grow! You guys are the best! Keep being the best mom ever and keep being the best family!!!!! I love you all sooooo much! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!
Hey mom and dad! Man it feels good to be off the plane! Had an amazing experience on my last flight! This man that I sat by was born and raised in Ghana but is living in Canada now. We got to talking and then we got talking about my mission and then I asked him if he had heard of LDS Missionaries and he said that 30 years ago they came to his house and he was learning all the lessons but then he had to move away and lost contact with them. He then told me about how he was headed to Ghana to help his boy get on a soccer team here. his son is like some crazy soccer player that has had offers to play for the Netherlands and stuff but anyways I then asked him if he had been given a bofm and he said he had the king james bible but not the bofm. I then pulled out the one i had and he basically took it from me. It was so awesome. i then started teaching him the restoration and he suddenly was familiar with it and i told him that was the spirit bringing it to his remeberance and then he told me about his life and how he grew up with no parents really and that he had to rely on the lord for strength and how he prayed to get his wife and they have now been married for 25 years. It was so amazing to hear him talk about this and the spirit of faith that this guy had it was amazing! This was no question a gift from the lord. I’m so blessed to be able to experience this and so all that happened and then we both fell asleep. I then woke up all a sudden and just felt sick to my stomach and luckly one of the elders in front of me had tums which helped me, but then homesickness hit me so hard and i felt really down and so i just sat there and prayed to heavenly father that he would take away the pain and as i sat there all of a sudden the african man next to me, about in his 20s early 30s, says brother i feel i need to bless your stomach can I pray for you. I said sure and he puts his hand on my stomach and then starts praying and just asked the lord to bless me to feel better and that i was one of his servants hear serving him and that the lord needed to heal me and just all this stuff it was so crazy weird but at the same time the guy like knew how to pray like he ended it in Jesus Christs name and started with heavenly father but i could tell he was of another faith but it was so amazing. I still felt kinda crapy but then the pain left and i felt better and i ran into him later in the airport it was cool. well i got to go now but i love you guys so much keep being awesome!!!!!!LOve ya!
